Professional Office Space Available

We have a great location at the corner of 12th and Jordan in the heart of East Hill. Our neighbors are City Grocery, Montage, The Drug Shop and Jay's Bakery. This is a very busy corner with a lot of drive-by traffic. We are looking for Massage Therapists or other medical professionals but have a wing of our building with a separate entrance that we would consider renting to a different type of business.

Front Entrance:
The front entrance faces 12th Avenue. This opens to the main entrance to 12th Avenue Massage Therapy Group. It consists of 3 treatment rooms, a waiting room, a full bathroom, and a shared "kitchen" space.
